Hey, I’m Jenni!

After growing up with dreams of becoming an architect or accountant, I graduated college with a degree in health information administration (what even is that, anyway?), and spent several years in medical office management before figuring out that I actually love to write.

Now, I’m the ringleader of a circus that includes four kids, a psychotic Irish Goldendoodle, and a husband who has been my biggest supporter for 20+ years (although, he wasn’t much in favor of me retiring from my real job three years ago and is probably questioning my attempt to become a writer now that we’re one year shy of paying for about 13 consecutive years of college).

This blog will likely be about a lot of nothing, because I’m not an expert in anything (nothing that anyone would find exciting, at least), my opinions on most topics are pretty fluid and easily swayed, and, as my website title suggests, I really have no story to tell.

If you’re looking for self-help, parenting tips, healthy recipes, or advice on clean living, this is blog is probably not for you. If you’re just looking for a quick, easy read about the problems facing a first-world/suburban housewife who loves Jesus, coffee, brunching, wine, poking fun at life’s ridiculousness, and keeping things real, this could be your place.

Thanks for joining me on my journey. I hope you find yourself at least minimally amused.
